Advanced Polymer Trading (APT), an international trading company who specialise in the global trade of plastics, rubber, and petrochemicals, is expanding its network of potential local manufacturers for Mitsui’s TAFMER range of products. APT is focusing on manufacturers in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine.
TAFMER is an alpha-olefin copolymer product series offered by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. As a colorless, transparent, odorless and gelation-free copolymer, it is used in a broad range of applications including packaging, stationery, toys, automotive parts, civil engineering and building materials, sports goods, and household goods. TAFMER uses metollocene and Zigler-Natta catalyst technologies and is used as an additive with polyethylene, polypropylene and other thermoplastics like EVA to improve its physical properties.
