Mitsui Chemical Inc.

Mitsui Chemicals is a Japanese chemical company and part of the Mitsui conglomerate (which includes Toshiba). The company’s primary business is performance materials, petro and basic chemicals as well as functional polymeric materials. With over 12,000 employees worldwide Mitsui engineer and produce chemicals for many sectors including automotive and packaging.

Mitsui Elastomers Singapore Pte. Ltd.

As a fully owned subsidiary of Mitsui Chemicals Inc, Mitsui Elastomers began production in 2003. Based in Singapore it produces and sells elastomers especially TAFMERTM, the high-performance elastomer of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.

Mitsui Chemical Europe GmbH

As part of the Mitsui Chemicals Group, which has over 12,000 employees worldwide, Mitsui Chemicals Europe serves the European, Middle East and African markets with Mitsui’s broadrange of products which include fine & performance chemicals, packaging & engineering materials and specialties for the automotive and industrial sector.

Kuraray Co., Ltd

Based in Tokyo, Kuraray Co., Ltd. was founded in 1926 and produces chemical, resins, fiber, textiles, high performance material and medical products for a worldwide market. Kuraray is also a leader in high gas barrier technology and development. Kuraray Co., Ltd. is part of the Kuraray Group which consists of about 80 companies (including EVAL Europe nv) and employs around 7,000 people around the globe.

Prime Polymer

Founded in 2005 in conjunction with Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. and Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. Prime Polymer design and produce Polyethylene (including High Density Polyethylene and Linear Low Density Polyethylene) and Polypropylene (including Prime Polypro) materials.

Denka

Formed nearly 100 years ago, this Japanese company has four major business units: organic materials, inorganic materials (including fertilizers, cement and cement additives), electronic products and functional materials. Its organic material business produces styrene monomers, polystyrene resins, transparent resins, heat resistant ABS resins, acetic acid, vinyl acetate monomer and synthetic rubber.

KRAIBURG TPEKRAIBURG_TPE

KRAIBURG TPE is a global manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomers established in 2001 as subsidiary of KRAIBURG Group. It offers a broad range of compounds for applications in the automotive, industrial, consumer, and  medical sectors. KRAIBURG TPE portfolio includes THERMOLAST®, COPEC®, HIPEX®, and For-Tec E compounds with three production sites in Germany, The United States and Malaysia.

Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics Corp

Established in March 1994, following the consolidation of the engineering plastics businesses of the Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc., and Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, MEP is a leading supplier of engineering plastics and focuses on developing new materials. MEP has the largest market share in polycarbonate resins in Japan. The MEP Portfolio includes XANTAR® Polycarbonate & Blends; IUPILON® Polycarbonate Resin; NOVAREX® Polycarbonate Resin; RENY® Polyamide MXD6 Resin; NOVADURAN® Polybutylene Terephthalate Resin; IUPITAL® Polyacetal Resin; IUPIACE® Modified PPE Resin; and LEMALLOY® Modified PPE Resin.

Asahi

The Asahi Kasei Group is structured with Asahi Kasei Corp. as a holding company and nine core operating companies focused on specific fields of operation including Asahi Kasei Chemicals which produces organic and inorganic industrial chemicals, synthetic resins such as POM and PA66, synthetic rubber, coating materials and latexes.

Merquinsa

Founded in 1964, Merquinsa is a world leader in specialty thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs), serving the most technically demanding segments of the adhesives, coating, extrusion and injection markets. With global headquarters and manufacturing facilities near Barcelona, Spain, Merquinsa

initially produced acrylic, styrenic and vynilic emulsions. Then in 1970 it started producing thermoplastic polyurethane chips. Having specialized in the production of poly-caprolactone based TPUs, Merquinsa is today the largest world consumer of e-caprolactone and produces one of the widest range of thermoplastic polyurethanes, based not only on polycaprolactone, but also on adipic polyesters, polyethers and a unique series of co-polymers.

Aksoy Plastik

Aksoy Plastik is a supplier of colouring solutions and performance improving additives. Established in 1982, Aksoy has been selling colourings and specialty additives to the Central & Eastern European markets for nearly 30 years.

Kisuma Chemicals BV

Kisuma Chemicals BV is, through the holding company Kisuma Euro BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyowa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Kagawa Japan (Kyowa). Kyowa is renowned world wide for its synthetic hydrotalcites and its flame retardant grade magnesium hydroxide.

Incorporated on December 1997, Kisuma manufactures, processes and distributes industrial chemicals, reagents and cosmetics.
