Advanced Polymer Trading is to Exhibit at Interpack 2014 to Further Build its International Presence

APT will attend Interpack 2014, one of the world’s most important trade fairs for the packaging sector and related processing industries. The event will be held from the 8th to 14th May 2014. APT will be at stand D63 in Hall 10.

Advanced Polymer Trading, an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber and plastics, will be at Interpack 2014, one of the world’s most important trade fairs for the packaging sector and related processing industries, which will be held from 8 May 2014 to 14 May 2014 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

This year’s Interpack event will take up around 174,000 square metres of floor space and host around 2,700 exhibitors from a range of packaging related industries including food and beverages, confectionery and baked goods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and non-food consumer goods.

The exhibitors will come from over 60 countries around the world and the show visitors will come from even further afield. Such events are a perfect opportunity for APT to strengthen its international ties and build relationships with new customers.

APT has often taken an active role in international trade shows and exhibitions. As an international trading company APT has partners and suppliers all over the world and events like Interpack allow the company to increase its supply network, meet existing partners and create new business opportunities. This year APT will be joined at stand D63 in Hall 10 by representatives of Mitsui Chemical and Kuraray.

Over the 160,000 visitors to the last Interpack event, over 1,150 were accredited journalists and over 22% of the companies represented employed over 1,000 people. This demonstrates the impact of this event and its importance as a trade event.

Advanced Polymer Trading’s Chemical Experts to be at Hand During ArabPlast 2013

APT will be hosting polymer experts from Mitsui Chemical Europe, Eval Europe and Indofil along with its own in-house experts during ArabPlast. APT is exhibiting in Hall 8 at ArabPlast 2013, which starts on 7th January 2013.

Advanced Polymer Trading FZC (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber and plastics, is pleased to announce that its own in-house polymer engineers will be joined by other polymer experts from Mitsui Chemical Europe, Eval Europe and Indofil when it exhibits at the 11th International Arab Plastics and Rubber Industry trade show and conference.

Joining APT, on stand 8C03 in Hall 8, will be leading industry experts in polymer engineering, polymer characterization, polymer deformulation and polymeric resin development. They will be available to answer technical questions throughout the whole event which runs from 7th January to 10th January 2013.

It is predicted that GCC production of polyethylene and polypropylene resins will rise to 31 million tonnes by 2015. To reflect this, APT will be exhibiting a range of products from Mitsui Chemical including EPDM, TAFMER, Milastomer and Admer. It will also show Eval from Eval Europe and PVC impact modifiers and processing aids from Indofil.

As well as raw petrochemical materials, APT will also be exhibiting additives such as plastic masterbatch and related additives; Chloroprene Rubber (CR) and Acrylic Rubber (ER); and a number of engineering plastics.

The 2013 show, which will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center in Dubai, UAE, is expected to be the biggest event so far in ArabPlast’s history. With the GCC set to become the number one source of petrochemicals and plastics products in the world, ArabPlast 2013 is an essential international plastics trade fair for APT.

Advanced Polymer Trading FZC (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber and plastics, is pleased to announce that it will be an exhibitor at the 11th International Arab Plastics and Rubber Industry trade show and conference.

The event, which runs from 7th January to 10th January 2013, will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center in Dubai, UAE. The UAE is a strategically important choice of location for the trade show as the Gulf States are set to become the number one source of petrochemicals and plastics products in the world.

It is forecast that GCC production of polyethylene and polypropylene resins will rise to 31 million tonnes by 2015. With this in mind, APT will be exhibiting a range of products from Mitsui Chemical including EPDM, TAFMER, Milastomer and Admer. It will also show Eval from Eval Europe, CR and ER from DENKA and a number of engineering plastics from Arel.

As well as raw petrochemical materials, APT will also be exhibiting additives such as plastic masterbatch and related additives from Aksoy Plastic and PVC impact modifier and processing aids from Indofil.

It is expected that the 2013 show will be the biggest event so far in ArabPlast’s history. APT are confident that the show will boost business. In previous years nearly half of all exhibitors reported that they signed lucrative deals during the show.

Advanced Polymer Trading to Attend the Most Important International Plastics Trade Fair for Eurasia This Year

APT will participate in Plast Eurasia 2012, which starts on 29th November 2012, one of the most important international plastics trade fairs for Turkey and Eurasia. APT will join its colouring solutions partner Aksoy Plastik on stand 719A in hall 7.

Advanced Polymer Trading FZC (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber and plastics, will be exhibiting at Plast Eurasia 2012, the 22nd International Istanbul Plastic Industries Fair. APT will be joining its partner Aksoy Plastik who specialize in supplying colouring solutions and performance improving additives.

Plast Eurasia 2012 is organized by TÜYAP Fairs and Exhibitions Organization Inc. in cooperation with the PAGEV (Turkish Plastics Manufacturers, Research Development and Education Foundation) and will take place between 29th November and 2nd December 2012 at the at TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center, Istanbul, Turkey.

This year’s event will take place in 10 fully occupied halls with exhibitors from over 1000 companies. That makes the 2012 trade show the biggest in the event’s history. 2010 saw 755 different companies spanning 38 countries, while this year’s 1000+ participants will be representing over 50 countries.

The growth of the event reflects the continued growth in the plastics market in Turkey and Eurasia. APT together with Aksoy will use this event to meet new customers and connect with leading professionals and decision makers. This will help both companies in their task of expanding into new markets.

Plast Eurasia 2012 isn’t only for large international companies. The trade show also attracts small and medium sized companies. It is this diversity along with the shows size and success that makes Plast Eurasia the most significant trade event for the plastics industry.

APT to Market and Distribute a Variety of Indofil’s Products for the PVC Industry

Advanced Polymer Trading has entered into a marketing and distribution deal with Indofil Industries to sell a range of acrylic impact modifiers and Indofil’s acrylic processing aids for the PVC industry.

Advanced Polymer Trading FZC (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber and plastics, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new marketing and distribution deal with Indofil Industries. As part of the deal, APT will market and distribute several speciality chemicals produced by Indofil for use in the PVC industry.

Effective immediately APT will market and distribute a range of Indofil’s acrylic impact modifiers including Indofil KM-323B, a general purpose impact modifier with high weather resistance and excellent impact strength; KM-355, a superior performance acrylic impact modifier for opaque applications; and KM-350 which is suitable for clear applications.

Together with the impact modifiers, APT will also sell Indofil K-120ND- a general purpose processing aid; Indofil K-120PF– a low cost processing aid for pipes and fittings; Indofil K125 – a high molecular weight processing aid for foam profiles; Indofil K0120CL – for clear applications and Indofil PMA 175 – a lubricating processing aid for single screw and twin screw extrusion.

Indofil has a strong Asian market share along with a growing and respected international presence. The new deal with APT will contribute to the growth and expansion of both companies and opens the door for future collaborations in marketing, distribution, research and development.

APT was joined by its partner Aksoy Plastik who specialize in supplying performance improving additives and colouring solutions.

The conference brought together raw material producers, primary processing and auxiliary equipment suppliers along with traders. The world class exhibitors came from all over the world to leverage the high growth potential of the UAE and Middle East plastics industries.

APT was able to showcase their products and services to this fast growing market giving them unparalleled opportunities to make business deals and demonstrate some of the latest developments in the field of plastics.

APT specialise in trading in the Gulf region where the plastics industry is expected to record an annual growth of 30 percent over the next five years. Advanced Polymer Trading (APT), an international trading company specialising in the world wide trade of rubber, plastics and petrochemicals, is to expand distribution business for Chloroprene Rubber (CR) in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Chloroprene Rubber can be used in a variety of applications, due to its superior characteristics when compared to natural and other types of synthetic rubber, from wire and cable, belts, hoses and rubber lining. Although used mainly in the rubber industry, CR is also an important raw material for adhesives as well as for different latex applications.
