KRAIBURG TPE is a global manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomers established in 2001 as subsidiary of KRAIBURG Group. It offers a broad range of compounds for applications in the automotive, industrial, consumer, and medical sectors. KRAIBURG TPE portfolio includes THERMOLAST®, COPEC®, HIPEX®, and For-Tec E compounds with three production sites in Germany, The United States and Malaysia.

THERMOLAST® A

  • Excellent UV-resistance for outdoor applications
  • Adhesion to engineering thermoplastics like ABS, PC/ABS, SAN, PMMA and ASA

  • Supersoft to 66 Shore D
  • Co-injection molding with a wide range of thermoplastic materials such as PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PBT, PETG, ASA, SAN, PMMA, PET, PA 6/6.6/12, POM, PS, HIPS, etc.
  • Versatile internal coloring options
  • Translucent as well as transparent properties even for bonding compounds

  • Elasticity at low temperatures to -40° C
  • High thermal stability up to 120° C and higher
  • Excellent UV-, ozone and weather resistance
  • Approvals based on Kalahari/Florida tests

  • Waste and rejects can be returned to the production process
